Work Shifts: Morning Shift, Night Shift
You will be required to work on Weekends & Public Holidays depending on Schedule. Hospitality never ends.

Requirement:

  • Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English. Mandarin is a major plus!

  • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.

  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.

  • Candidates with Hotel Management, Business Admin, PA and secretarial related studies is a plus, but not required.


Scope of work:

  • Handle inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in/out support, and guest requests via phone, WhatsApp and online platforms.

  • Respond promptly to guest complaints, coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance, and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Encourage guest reviews, respond to feedback, and help maintain high ratings across all platforms.

  • Manage new bookings, amendments, and cancellations across Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, and other channels.

  • Communicate guest needs to operations, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth stays.

  • Support guests during urgent issues and escalate emergencies according to company procedures.

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong passion for interior styling and design execution.
• Open to full-time candidates and final-year interns.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed quotations.
• Handle sourcing and procurement of materials and furnishings.
• Supervise renovation and styling work on-site to meet project deadlines.
• Execute final design styling on-site.
• Assist in property photography sessions for project visuals.
• Manage project documentation and filing.

We are seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality visual content for our brand and property listings. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to bring our brand’s aesthetic to life. You will work closely with our Interior Design team to manage photography sessions and ensure all visuals align with our style and standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients (interior designers, real estate agents, architects, hospitality businesses) to understand project goals and style preferences.
• Operate professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting gear, to capture visually impactful indoor spaces.
• Stage and arrange furniture, décor, and layout to ensure optimal visual presentation during shoots.
• Perform post-production editing using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to enhance image quality, correct color balance, and remove imperfections.
• Ensure all photography and videography align with the brand’s visual identity and storytelling standards.

We are seeking a motivated and highly committed Business Development Executive to drive our expansion within the Homestay and Hospitality industry. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with property owners and developers, and supporting the growth of our interior design and homestay management services. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, developing corporate relationships, and ensuring service excellence.


Job Requirements:

• Experience in the homestay, real estate, property development, hotel, or travel industry is a major plus.
• Working experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or degree qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with people.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.


Scope of Work:

• Promote Guestonic’s interior design packages and homestay management services to property owners both online and offline.
• Brief property agents on our service offerings and renovation packages.
• Create professional presentations using Canva.
• Meet with property developers and attend related networking events.
• Develop corporate client relationships by introducing Guestonic’s homestays to companies, hospitals, and event organizers.
• Expand business opportunities through active networking and lead generation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide support across departments when necessary.
